Built by Engineers Who Take Confidentiality Seriously
psychotherapy.talari.ai was built from a single conviction: therapists should be able to use AI for session documentation without ever compromising client confidentiality. We built the GDPR Art. 9 design discipline, EU-only infrastructure, and client anonymisation architecture before we wrote a single line of product feature code.
Confidentiality as a Starting Point
In psychotherapy, confidentiality is not a feature — it is a professional and ethical obligation. That is why we designed this platform with client data isolation, automatic anonymisation, EU-only infrastructure, and permanent deletion built into the core architecture from day one — not added later as compliance boxes to tick.
Our goal is not to replace the therapeutic relationship. It is to eliminate the 60–90 minutes of manual documentation that follows every session — while guaranteeing that your clients’ most sensitive disclosures never leave the European Union and are never processed by any US-based cloud service.
The People Behind the Platform
Adam Boryniec
Founder & CEO
Warsaw, Poland
Adam is an engineer through and through. He started with assembler, Clipper, and relational databases, later working in C, C++, and Lisp. Over the years he combined hands-on engineering with building teams and growing technology organisations.
He built the Polish subsidiary of Volue Group from the ground up to 110 people and managed teams of over 120 engineers across Europe and North America. When AI development accelerated, he returned to working close to the product and co-created talari.ai from scratch — from architecture to deployment.
Leszek Gołębiowski
Co-Founder & CTO
Gdańsk, Poland
Leszek is an engineer who combines self-reliance, technical discipline, and a strong commitment to quality. He worked on enterprise solutions, including systems used in areas where reliability is critical.
At talari.ai, he is responsible for the technical architecture and the quality of the solution. His focus is on making the system stable, testable, and predictable in everyday use.
These numbers reflect what matters most to the therapists who use this platform every day.
What Guides Our Work
EU Infrastructure & Therapeutic Confidentiality
Client data belongs to the therapeutic relationship — not to a cloud provider, not to us. AI models are privately hosted on our EU servers. Where we use third-party providers, they are exclusively EU-based and operate under the GDPR. Client-identifying information is anonymised before any AI model processes it. Raw transcripts are permanently deleted after session finalisation. You remain in full control.
Built for the Practice.
We build for the reality of a busy practice — not for a product demo. What matters to us is that NinaSession works reliably in your first session on Monday morning and your last session on Friday evening. Stability, accuracy, and predictable behaviour are non-negotiable.
Multilingual — Because Therapy Happens in Many Languages
Therapy sessions happen in the client's language, not the therapist's platform language. That is why the platform supports English, German, and Polish — for transcription, documentation, and the UI — with more languages planned.
AI Documentation Built for the Ethical Practice of Psychotherapy
We built this platform for therapists who want the benefits of AI documentation without the risks of sending client data to US cloud services. Everything runs in Europe, on infrastructure we control, under GDPR. That is not a marketing claim — it is an architectural decision we made before writing a single product feature.
